We had a small order of 4 rolls sunscreen fabric with a new Colombiana client during December of 2021, when we talked to free blinds fabric sample offer before, this client was unwilling to pay for the freight, then we came to an agreement to a small sunscreen fabric order then ship free samples together with this order.
We had a really fast shipping because some fabrics of the client’s ideal colors are in stock, we received the bank slip of payment without detailed checking as we confirmed with this client again and again like we deal with other cleints, but later our bank noticed us that our client put wrong of our company name when making payment, they had to indicate that they put wrong name and ask their bank to change company name then notice our bank.
After a long time communicate, client seems don’t have one way to ask their bank to change to right company name of us, then we asked our bank to refund the payment and ask client to pay again, now client is going to receive the goods and we just concluded to pay the amount via western union, this client already plan to purchase the second order, they even listed the ideal colors, hope to receive the payment early and cooperate more orders with those who really trust us and we will reture with trust.
